Amanda Matthews celebrated her 20th anniversary in Medicare in 2025!  She began her career in Kansas City and transitioned to Colorado as a regional manager with one of the largest Medicare insurance carriers. 

During her time in the corporate world, she was acknowledged as one of the leading managers in the country for a variety of sales products as well as her ability to strategize and innovate. She graduated from both Goldman Sach's 10,000 Small Business program and Disney's Perfect Service Experience. 

In 2019, desiring a new challenge, Amanda founded Integrity Insurance.  The goal of Integrity is to provide a collaborative team of agents who truly delight their members. 

While not at work, Amanda loves spending time with her husband, 7-year-old biological son, teenage foster daughter, and two stepchildren.  She enjoys traveling, hiking, playing pool, reading, and playing Zelda with her son.
